Kate Garry Hudson (Los Angeles, April 19 of 1979), actress States, nominated for an Oscar for Almost Famous.She is the daughter of William (Bill) Louis Hudson (singer member of Hudson Brothers) and Goldie Hawn (actress).

Has Hungarian Jewish descent, Italian, Irish and British, her mother grew up in Jewish and Buddhist faiths. Her parents divorced shortly after he was born, has a brother, actor Oliver Hudson, and half brother, the son of his mother and Kurt Russell, the boyfriend of many years and whom he considers his father.
